Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is pressure washing?

Pressure washing uses high-pressure water to remove dirt, grime, mold, and other debris from surfaces like siding, driveways, and patios.

2. What’s the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?

Pressure washing uses high force for tough surfaces; soft washing uses low pressure with safe chemicals for delicate areas like roofs and siding.

We use both methods and will make that decision based on the level of pressure needed and the dirtiness of the surface being cleaned.

Our team is trained to determine the proper method to help mitigate the risk of damage to any surface and we will be sure to bring a smile to you’re face when you see the final results.

3. Is pressure washing safe for my home?

While “Pressure Washing” is not generally the best used method for washing homes. Our trained team uses the right pressure and techniques to clean without damaging surfaces with a combination of machine pressure dialing and or the use of specialized nozzles that decrease pressure giving us the ability to soft wash more delicate surfaces.

4. Will it damage my paint or siding?

No. We asses each surface and adjust our approach to ensure safe, effective cleaning. If the siding shows signs of oxidation our trained team will notify you and let you know what the next course of action is to be taken.

5. How often should I get my home pressure washed?

Once a year is ideal, but homes in humid, wooded, or dusty areas may benefit from more frequent service.

First time washes can always carry a larger cost due to the time and materials used to remove heavy dirt and algae build up.

When getting you’re home washed on a more routine basis, this can save you money in the long run. The less dirty your home is at the next scheduled wash the faster our crew can move and the less chemicals we need use will save you on the total cost.

Excess dirt and algae build up can lead to the break down and deterioration of your siding and shingles at a faster rate.
